I am newly registered to the practice. I had a broken crown, so I called Icedent Dental to book an appointment to see if I could get it replaced. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and had me an appointment booked in within a few days - im usually used to waiting weeks with my previous dentist. Dr. Dallal was very professional and discussed all treatment options with me, involving me the whole way through - I didn't once feel rushed. I was made very comfortable and at ease throughout both appointments and I couldn't be happier with the result! Very impressed with the practice, all staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive and the practice itself is lovely, highly recommend!

The treatment was done very professionally and Dr. Jesus explained all the options in detail. I’m very happy with the results. All staff were very kind and professional. The clinic is clean and has a new and modern look. Nice and relaxing video on the screen made the time fly and get relaxed during the treatment.I definitely recommend it.

I had a very huge need of emergency appointment as one of my veneers just fell off . Rang this clinic and spoken to a lovely receptionist /nurse who was trying to be very helpful and told me to come straight away and they will help . I was very happy with it , came to the clinic , registered on very convenient electronic system and the dentist came not long after to see me , Dr Dallel is her name . She has explained everything with details , also offered a solution for grinding my teeth at night which likely caused fallen veneer . She’s very professional , sufficient and generally very kind person . I couldn’t be more happier with the whole experience . Already got the next appointment booked . Most likely this is my new dentist ! Highly recommend .

Wow! Genuinely, one of the best dental experiences I've ever had! The staff are very welcoming and extremely friendly. I have a dental phobia and so my teeth were in a sorry state. My dentist, Dr Jesus A.B. Gonzalez was AMAZING! He, along with the dental nurse put me completely at ease. Dr Jesus is so patient and understanding and answered any and all questions i had. I've been to many dentists to have treatment but the service I recieved at this establishment is outstanding. I will be having any and all future treatments done here. I cannot reccomend them enough! BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!

I really don't know where to start from the service I have received from Icedent dental is amazing from start to finish. Dr Jesus really worked his magic on my teeth I had teeth whitening and bonding done I could not be happier honestly guys amazing service highly recommended it!

Today I took my 4 year old child to the dentist here. He didn't want to go in and was scared, refusing to go. An assistant came out to greet us outside on the street and was very welcoming. I explained the situation and the dentist actually came out and was very warm to my son and made it fun and invited him to sit on the dental couch and showed him the "plastic teeth display" to play with and look at which he found interesting and was very shy. She turned the whole situation around and was able to examine his teeth by having fun and meeting him for the first time. I was truly relieved as he had been showing signs of discomfort with his teeth over the few weeks. The dentist gave some great tips and general advice going the extra mile. It could've easily been a failure and a waste of a day off from work, so I was so elated when we left the dentist with all the help we needed.

I highly recommend Icedent Dental & Aestehticsl. I was extremely happy with my recent treatment.Dentists and staff are very friendly.The dental Clinic is brand new with top design. I went in for a wisdon tooth extraction as I was booked in same day, I had also been porived with a full treament plan, as I have not been to my previous closed dentist over 3 years; I and am going back to straighten my teeth and full hugiene as they are Invisalign provider and they have every service you could imagine in the same place, which saves me a lot going elswehere, I can not recommend them enough reallly worth using them.

I wholeheartedly recommend this dental practice .i had to have four wisdom teeth removed and the lady dentist went out of her ways to keep me calm she also did a fantastic job with my filling and repaired the chips in my front teeth. they are the perfect dentist for anyone who might be nervous. the whole team is amazing

I recently developed an abscess/infection in my gums. The friendly receptionist booked me in for the same day . Dr.Dallel is all you could wish for in a dentist - kind, professional, thorough, and a very good communicator. She explains everything very clearly. I was diagnosed with bad gum disease and had couple of sessions with laser treatment. My gums are much better now and I have 4 implants planned for next year . I am very happy with the service provided by Icedent and have every confidence in my dentist .

The dentist Dallel, was very attentive and made sure that I was feeling ok the whole time was there. I felt the overall experience was great considering the given COVID times. I was received well, she was incredibly kind and my 1-hour appointment went very well. I will be back there in a few months without any trepidation.

I'm a very nervous patient but I have always found everyone at Icedent very caring and reassuring. You feel you are always in control. You set the pace. At Icedent they are all top professionals with great experience and expertise. The clinic is very modern looking with soft ambience music to relax your nerves always playing in the background. “ Icedent Dental & Aesthetics “ is a modern contemporary dental practise , When you pop in to the dental practise you have to confirm your details on iPad then you to fill up the contact form , then receptionist introduction about the practice with welcoming manners. on my visit at Icedent they done few X-ray , laser teeth cleaning and MOT . Host dentist very lovely lady she explained current position of all of my teeth and she advised me nicely gently easy to understand they are very helpful,I prefer this Dentiest practice for any types of dental treatments . anyone can pop in for treatment on advance booking or walking I'm very much happy with my treatment, good luck Icedent .
