I am newly registered to the practice. I had a broken crown, so I called Icedent Dental to book an appointment to see if I could get it replaced. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and had me an appointment booked in within a few days - im usually used to waiting weeks with my previous dentist.
Dr. Dallal was very professional and discussed all treatment options with me, involving me the whole way through - I didn't once feel rushed. I was made very comfortable and at ease throughout both appointments and I couldn't be happier with the result! Very impressed with the practice, all staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive and the practice itself is lovely, highly recommend!

Wow! Genuinely, one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! The staff are very welcoming and extremely friendly. I have a dental phobia and so my teeth were in a sorry state. My dentist, Dr Jesus A.B. Gonzalez was AMAZING! He, along with the dental nurse put me completely at ease. Dr Jesus is so patient and understanding and answered any and all questions i had. I’ve been to many dentists to have treatment but the service I recieved at this establishment is outstanding. I will be having any and all future treatments done here. I cannot reccomend them enough! BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!

Today I took my 4 year old child to the dentist here. He didn’t want to go in and was scared, refusing to go. An assistant came out to greet us outside on the street and was very welcoming. I explained the situation and the dentist actually came out and was very warm to my son and made it fun and invited him to sit on the dental couch and showed him the “plastic teeth display” to play with and look at which he found interesting and was very shy. She turned the whole situation around and was able to examine his teeth by having fun and meeting him for the first time. I was truly relieved as he had been showing signs of discomfort with his teeth over the few weeks. The dentist gave some great tips and general advice going the extra mile. It could’ve easily been a failure and a waste of a day off from work, so I was so elated when we left the dentist with all the help we needed.
